FAQ

If you are a customer with a user account (username and password), you can log in to the app or website using your account and search for a shipment using one of the following options:
– Shipment number
– Policy number
– Container number

When you enter the tracking number, you will receive detailed information about the shipment’s status, including its current location, customs clearance status, and any movements made to the shipment.

If you do not have an account with us, you can simply enter the tracking number (shipment, policy, or container) in the search box on our website or app. In this case, you will only be able to view the current shipment status and some basic information related to it.

The app is intended for our customers who have registered shipments with us. If you are already a registered customer, there is no need to create a new account. Follow these steps:

1. Log in for the first time:
– Open the app, then select “Log in for the first time.”
– Enter your registered phone number, and a verification code will be sent to confirm your identity.
– Once you enter the verification code, you will be granted access to your account and registered shipments.

2. For new users:
– If you are not a registered customer, please contact us through the available channels to add you to our customer list and provide you with the necessary login details.

Once logged in, you can track your shipments, view information about past shipments, and receive updates as they occur.
